Refund is applicable only for clients in encountering emergencies (severe sickness with letter from hospital as proof). Refund is processed every Friday. If refund request is submitted on Friday, the request will be processed the following Friday.

Waiting list is available for customers to book the date and time of unpaid booking. Every unpaid booking will only allow 1 wait list booking. If the customers are not able to make payment until the due date, the customer on the waiting list is entitled to use the slot.

Waiting list customers need to make payment according to the bill stated in the email. If customers are not able to make payment until the due date, the booking is considered cancelled.
